MEDIUM FITS 10-14

LARGE FITS 14-20

If you are a size XL then you will wear a Large.

If you are a size Large then you would wear a size Medium

If you are a size Medium, you would wear a size Small

The sizes fit FULL and plan to wear one size down of your regular size.
